If coffee is your BFF like me, this theme is perfect for you. Plus, there are so many coffee-related quotes that you can add to your spreads - to make them even more fun.

I love the aesthetics of a coffee bar in a home, so I instantly knew it was perfect for drawing for my cover page. I turned the top cabinet into a dutch-door by:

  • First, place a small-sized cutting mat under the page
  • Then cut the sides (top, bottom, and middles sides) of each cabinet using an Exacto knife
  • Now fold the outer sides that are attached so you can easily open and close the doors

Go back to the cover page, open the doors of the cabinet, now pencil them inside of the cabinet on the next page. Finally, you have a reference to write your March heading.

The fantastic benefit of a bullet journal is choosing a different layout every time. You can skip weekly logs or add ones tailored to your needs. This bullet journal's one-page weekly spread is simple, and I didn't need much space for planning.

So other than my love for coffee bars, who doesn't enjoy a cute and cozy coffee shop?

I'm not an expert at painting, but you don't have to be. I find gouache paints one of the easiest to use mediums to work with, and I spent a few hours creating this dutch door tracker spread.

One of the easiest things to paint for beginners is simple landscapes. If you are not using a notebook suitable for watercolor paints, paint on watercolor paper. Then cut them out and past them in your journal. The supplies we used in this month's theme are:

We have tried so many different Bujo stationery over the years and have compiled a list of our favorite supplies.

So a great way to practice your Art is by creating practical spreads for planning and incorporating your Art throughout the month. Even if they are not great, it's a great way to track your progress.

Another advantage is that if you are not happy with the outcome, don't paste them in.

Dutch doors are not only fun to make but are so creative. I pasted the painting at the top half of the page and created a dutch-door for my weekly spread.

For the next weekly, I added two watercolor landscape paintings. Then used the second half of the page for my weekly log, allowing room for extra notes and gratitude journaling.

Landscape habit tracker spread.

I made this spread by cutting four hexagonal shapes out of black paper for my trackers. Then, I wrote the heading on some washi tape to make them stand out. Not to mention drawing all my trackers with my trusty white gel pen.

On the corresponding page was another landscape painting. I loved the contrast of the Art against the black paper. What do you think?

I used black fine liner pens to draw the mountain, then:

  • I wrote the dates of the month horizontally at the top of the page
  • then drew lines vertically for each day
  • I then colored each vertical line depending on my mood
