A bullet journal mood tracker is a template in your journal that you record your daily mood throughout the month. It can be designed differently and usually consists of a color key that you assign to your most common moods.

What is the point of a bullet journal mood tracker?

By keeping a record of your mood throughout the month, you can analyze your mental health, figure out triggers that change/upset your mood, and work out what helps you elevate your mood. Finally, work towards improving your mental health.

You don't need to be an expert in drawing when creating this floral theme. Four simple doodles were all that were required to complete this spread. The color key represents four moods, which she draws under each color.

A vertical mood tracker I made during March. You are bound to want to use your bullet journal by using creative spreads. Then, write the month numbers at the top of the page and your color key in the bottom right corner. You have an amazing Bujo to flip through and track how you did throughout the year.

Suppose you find drawing doodles calming. Then definitely give drawing tiny houses representing each day of the month ago. I have to admit it took a while, but it was so much fun.

A vintage bicycle-themed mood tracker that I encourage you to try. Vintage spreads are a favorite, and the bicycle wheel was perfect for creating a monthly mood tracker.

6. Bullet journal Peony flowers mood tracker

Peony flowers, without a doubt, make beautiful spreads. Your illustration will be screaming off the page with a gold-painted moon background. Most importantly, add enough leaves for every day of the month. But instead of opting for a color key, the pattern of each leaf is what represents the mood.

7. Bujo Floral envelope mood tracker

A beautiful bouquet inspired this floral theme. Adding an envelope and using washi tape to decorate it leaves room to color in the florals as a mood tracker. Each section of the flower represents a day of the month. Although I used two colors for each mood, depending on if I needed to color a leaf or a flower.

8. Sweet shop mood tracker

Have you tried a gradient color-key mood tracker? You put a smiley face on one end and a sad look on the other. Then, choose a few colors in between. A color gradient key is suitable if you have more than three moods you want to track.

9. Potion Mood Tracker

Potion bottles are perfect for a mood tracker. In addition, you are adding a scroll for the heading and drawing old paper to fill in your color key.

When in the mood to paint, a mood tracker spread is perfect. It combines the functionality of a mood tracker and a day spent enjoying painting and getting creative. The leaves in the pond are left blank to be filled throughout the month.

Start by drawing a circle in the center of the page, making room for a small illustration that ties in with your monthly theme. Now drawing tiny circles at different angles around the page. Finally, connect dashed lines from the rings to the center. Now, your page is ready to be filled in throughout the month.
