To be honest, when I first started bullet journaling, habit trackers were the least spreads I paid attention to. But I was started to get overwhelmed. There were so many goals I wanted to achieve, and I needed to be consistent. I was juggling:

Habit trackers are not specific to simply ticking off completed tasks. It motivates you to make that task a habit. You can visually see your progress and ultimately being more productive.

After trying so many different planning systems, I found bullet journaling to be the prize winner. While some people may find it a waste of time to make spreads, I use it as a creative layout. Plus, having a boring planner doesn’t encourage me to use it. Instead I find aesthetically pleasing spreads that are unique to me so motivating, making my journal special and a keepsake.
