Are you looking for a cute June bullet journal theme that will cheer you up every time you open your journal?
When you flip through your journal, your theme represents what inspired you at that time. So every month, you get the opportunity to do a complete makeover.
Your monthly theme is the perfect time to push you out of your comfort zone and try something new.
Bullet journal themes are by far the best way I have found to keep my creativity flowing. Also, I get to create spreads I never knew I was even capable of doing. It is so gratifying, and art has become my new best friend.
So let's get to all the yummy dessert doodles and spreads inspired by this month.
June bullet journal Monthly Cover Page
My June monthly cover page is a cute Cakeshop filled with sugar-loaded cake doodles that were totally out of my comfort zone.
The great thing about choosing a theme you haven't tried before is that it can be challenging at first. But, after a couple of spreads, you master drawing all these new doodles.

Watercolor painting is so relaxing after a stressful day. If your journal is not suitable for watercolor, paste it in. In this spread, I added some blue paper to tie in with my little blue sweet shop.
Adding a quote that goes hand in hand with your theme emphasizes the fun vibe that will put you in a happy place.
I finished the spread with these adorable stickers I printed. I purchased this collection from the talented artist Lisa Glanz.
The Enormous, Authentically Illustrated All-in-One Toolbox
This purchase is incredible, and you get access to so many individual png hand-drawn images. So you can conveniently add them to your social media spreads with Canva, make cards, or whatever else your heart desires. I no longer need to purchase stickers or have to wait for them to get delivered. And I pay once and print whenever needed. It's my go-to Bujo hack, and I get to support another Artist. Did I mention that this collection includes four adorable fonts?
Bujo Weekly Layouts
'Life happens. SUGAR helps.'
Who knew sugar quotes could be so fun? Adding a Bujo quote is the perfect way to self-motivate yourself or lift your mood. This weekly layout is the ideal combination of art and functionality.
Tip: Painting small-sized illustrations is less intimidating and doesn't take up a lot of time.
A Dutch door weekly layout is all about creativity and functionality. So after getting more comfortable drawing and painting cute sugar-loaded yummy desserts, I choked up enough courage to take it to the next level.
I painted the illustrations using watercolor and gouache paints. Watercolor paints are great for backgrounds because of their transparency and blend-ability, while gouache is impressive for achieving bright colors and is much more forgiving.

I enjoyed the sugar quotes this month that I wanted to add one to every spread. 'Sugar is my Sidekick' was short, funny, and uplifting.
This theme never got boring. It was so much fun painting all the different sweets, I wasn't too happy with the light blue background, so I layered white gouache imperfectly to get this fun cloud-like effect. Try not to overthink it, and don't be afraid to get messy.

Bullet journal habit tracker
A habit tracker inspired by a dessert menu. Little fun dessert doodles to resemble a cafe menu. Adding a border that looks like a straw you might drink a milkshake from was perfect for tying my whole theme together.
A bullet journal habit tracker is a spread that consists of one or multiple habit you want to track throughout the month. You write what you want to track and fill it in throughout the month that gives you a visual report on your progress.

Bullet journal Brain dump
Going with the same border and leaving room for all my random thoughts to jot down, I finished this spread with a few doodles.
It is a spread you allocate in your journal to jot down all your thoughts, ideas, to-do lists. This declutter the thoughts in your head, allowing you to better focus on your important tasks. You can always come back to this spread if you want to remember something.
June Bullet journal mood tracker
Mood trackers are my favorite spreads to make, and this two-page layout certainly makes a statement. So by creating pages you enjoy, you're more like going to want to use them. Bujo sweet doodles
When starting bullet journaling, I always looked at childish themes and thought it wasn't my style. I preferred the aesthetic, more grown-up themes. But I realized that silly, whimsical, colorful doodles bring out the inner-child in me and take me back to joyful childhood memories I love.
